Local Ownership — Deep Roots

Nearly 50 Years of Keeping
Bossier City Fleets Rolling

Rescue 912 isn’t a call center or a franchise. It’s a family-run, locally-owned dispatch network built from the ground up in Bossier City, Louisiana — by people who know this region’s roads, its drivers, and what it takes to keep a commercial fleet moving.

The Arceneaux Family

Shelia & Calvin Arceneaux —
Trusted Local Figures in Emergency Fleet Support

For nearly five decades, Shelia and Calvin Arceneaux have been the people Bossier City and Haughton’s commercial drivers call when a situation gets critical. They built their reputation on a simple principle: when a driver is stranded, every minute matters. Starting with emergency roadside assistance and towing, the Arceneaux family expanded their operation over the decades to encompass a full-spectrum commercial fleet support network — one that now handles everything from diesel engine diagnostics to structural trailer fabrication, all dispatched from their established yard at 3629 Shed Road. Their standing in the Bossier City commercial community is reflected in their business registrations, contractor licensing, and long-term relationships with fleet managers and owner-operators across the Greater Haughton metropolitan area.
